what is needed for a low mount turbo?

I wouldn't trust the oiless turbos. I really want a Garrett or a Precision. I want a turbo that would have quick response with the capacity for 700 hp witch is my goal for my 5.7L. I have been leaning toward the gtx35 I just dont want it to be to small but if everyone thinks it will work that's probaly what I will go for. The precision seems nice though because they use oil and air to cool instead of oil and water like Garrett.

Usually, oil/water turbo lasts longer than oil/air turbo. I think oil/air turbo means it's just cooled by oil, while the air around cools it naturally. That's basically just oil cooled, and oil/water turbo is also cooled by air around it.
