This must have been a long time in the build as you joined here in 2003 and having a Kdog tans unit goes back a way.

That looks great . I will have to get my act together to get the 40 pickup going . I also know how the divorce will slow things down as I am in middle of that myself .

I don't think he does but it works well I am also using a flappy paddle setup radio operated from shrifter in the USA to "talk" to kdogs controller so totally tiptonic

I just bought a simple 2 channel transmitter and receiver from jaycar
I powered the transmitter of a small battery and fitted it inside the steering boss
then fitted two buttons which looked like horn buttons to the steering wheel
then I had the receiver hooked up to kdogs unit
cost be 50 bucks all up for the tx and rx unit

Hi nzsimon, I noticed that it looks like you are running a Dakota dash on the car, am I right if so you might be able to help.
I am also running a Dakota dash and seem to be having problems with the temp gauge. did you use the sender that was already on the engine, ie lexus one or did you add another as there seems to be a miss match with mine,
