30 liters of fuel in 45 mins of idle.

My engine used a half tank (30 liters) of fuel in about 45 minutes of idle running. The air fuel ratio seams ok, and there is no smell of fuel.

This can't be normal.

I dont think the fuel pump could even move that much fuel that quickly...

1 litre every 1.5 minutes?

yes the FP can empty your full tank in 5 to 8 minutes.

I've emptied my tank with the stock FP.

I seriously doubt the engine would run at that sort of fule load on idle.

If it was using the fuel you could smell the unburnt fuel coming out the exhaust.

I'd be looking for a serious fuel leak.
