V8 forced induction GS300

Hey guys,
Been researching the web and got a couple questions for you. I'm wanting to drop a V8 into my Gen 2 GS300 and get it up to 500rwhp. I live in Australia so we don't have the option for the Gen 2 GS400 or 430.
1) Whats the better option 1UZ-FE or 3UZ-FE ? (obviously leaning towards the 3UZ-FE)

2) Whats the better option for forced induction turbo or supercharger? (I'm looking at acceleration, I hate lag, and would prefer a smooth incline in power rather than the power jump of a turbo, for this reason i'm looking towards a supercharger)

3) Type of forced induction? (considering the preference of a supercharger i'm looking towards the Eaton M-90)

Well....we are currently building a built 3UZ into a GS300 (first generation)....

3UZ Block will be fully built (not ready yet)
Built A340E auto transmission
AEM
GT42R
etc.. etc...
goal: 800rwhp on pump gas

Never considered a supercharger cause I dont like them....

with a goal of only 500 HP you can easily just use a GT35R turbo and not have to worry about spool issues - a 4.0+ liter engine will spool it with the quickness.

You could also use a pair of GT2871RS turbos with the same result.

What mods you doin to the 3UZ and the A340E ?
I was just gonna go for the hi-stall torque converter for my A340E.
