i have build my engine 2uzfe with eagle rods and ross 8.5.1 pistons..and arp bolts ..

my next is to turbo charge it.. what do you people think is better a single or a twin turbo?

it has stock cams so how much max hp could i gain ?

ill be supplying pics showing you what i did

hmmm... twin turbo will likely save more space than a single turbo, because a Vee engine would need a complicated header setup. if you really know what your doing, you can tuck the turbos right beside the engine, provided you arent worried about heat.

as for hp gains, i dont know an exact number, but probably over 600 hp. the real limitations are the cams themselves.

thalj, hello in Dubai.

I recently started a thread asking for comments concerning supercharging or twin turbocharging for the 1UZ that I have installed in a new Toyota truck. For my driving and personal preference I decided to go with Twin Turbos. I have a stock engine, '97 Celsior, and it will be a daily driver. For me, the best is low boost, twin turbos, intercooler, Autronics ECU, oil cooler, manual transmission (R151) and dual exhaust. My goal was the best throttle response possible, reliability and some good torque. I spent a lot of time sorting out what I wanted as well as what I needed. My humble advice to you would be decide how you will be driving your vehicle and what you want it to do.

P.S. I lived in Jebel Ali for some years.

Good luck and hope to see your completed project here.
