1uzfe totally stock could do it turbo to 6psi without any problem?

hello, I have a 1uzfe, for my ae86, I would like to know if I could make it turbo, with a turbine from 1jz vvti single turbo, at 6psi and if with that configuration the engine would be safe and would not have any problems?
