SIMPLE? Lighting prob.

Riddle. If pass. side headlight has full 12V,but drivers side headlight is dim & have swapped bulbs back & forth,always drivers side dim,both low & high.Out-
[email protected] both work off same relay &each have 15A fuse.What is problem?:madfawk:

I've tested the drivers side headlight leads.7.8V w/o car
running.So I decided the hell w/ it & unbolted the engine compartment fuse
box & ran new wires from fuse to light.Then soldered everything together.All is bright & 12V.Thanks for your idea. Over & out.
