just did this on 93 SC400, got some industrial high grade photo luminescent vinyl from a company in KS called Fotolum, took dash and cluster apart which took about 20 mins, easy to take out, total job was about 40 mins, cut the glow in the dark vinyl in small strips and attach to needles with the double backed 3M adhesive
works great, I can now see the needles in daylight because the vinyl is a high yellow and awaiting night to just see how well it works, the vinyl catches light all day and when the dash lights are running catches that light, then the vinyl emits the light
