retarding timing when kickin down gears

I am getting those faults now too since I rewired the ls400 loom to suit crown....
What wires did you get crossed up or how did you rectify?

I beleive that was Toyotas way of keeping the auto clutches from burning up.
That was the first thing I noticed about my car, and it cost me getting an aftermarket piggyback to rid the car of that, uh, feature.

i figured out how all the speed sensors work and how they relate to each other

mines been runnin good for awhile apart from gettin hot and pinging

i have all the info i need for the crowns

to get everything working perfect you need signal divers adjusters etc depends what model 1uz and what model car etc
its all a guessing game depending on the car the engine is gettin fitted to

gettin engine to run is piss easy gettin all the gauges and crap in the dash to work perfect is the hard bit

im goin to speak to afew guys that do cuircutry stuff about making gadgets for my self on when i work on customers cars

as the ones i buy will do the job and are bit expensive

i want to make ones that will suit my needs not everyone elses then i can use them on jobs

i dont mind jaycar stuff or small electronic kits but its just not good enough when u have to warrant the job
especially if i build the device price of device and time to make it and then test and fit it
much easier to buy it made by a proffessional

so hopefully soon i can have pre set devices to help with speed sensors
tachos speedos etc
