Hello,

Can anyone give me a detailed rundown of the procedure of putting twin turbos on my 1uz. it is still in the lexus sc400 and will remain that way.

Just wondering what i need to do? What turbo;'s are better than others? computer? motor rebuild? fmic? exhuast? and what can i expect it to do...

I am thinking of spendin around 10k aussie... or 7ish us $.

And i thought i needed to do something with the gearbox.

Sorry i dont know i was previously a 4cyl turbo freak but its time for more cubes...

There are MANY ways to turbocharge an engine. If you do not know how you need to educate yourself. Asking for a complete gameplan without defining you goals is not helpful and will not get the answers you need.

Read through and search through this site as well as www.homemadeturbo.com

Define your goals and you will be further towards achieving them.

More power is not a defined goal. How will you use the vehicle. What is the year and model specifics of the vehicle. Have you ever turbocharged an engine before? Have you ever built a car before? You level of knowledge will help determine answers.
