Yes, they are oldschool to a point, but work very well. Like I said, they do lack a few usefull idems, but still work very well for what they are and how much they cost and get the job done. Its true that you wont find them on a F1 or Indy car or anything of that nature, but then again, these are millions of dollars race cars and are pushing the motors far beyound the ability of those systems.
The way that I look at it is if I can get the tunning and reliability for less money, thats more money in my pocket for other things
