Driver seat problem.

This thing is the kind of thing i've never seen in any car.

the backseat only moves on one side when I try to tilt the seat (electric).

the left side move but the right side of the seat is stuck at the same position and i don't understand why. I tried to pull or push it but it really doesn't want to move. is there 2 motors for the backseat? I tried to pull it appart but there's a LOT of stuff in those seats, even a computer!

Quebec- From what I could tell when I removed my seats is that there is one motor that turns gears to move the seats...Check for a jamb of some sort with the gears or slide on the right side...

Hi Quebec- further to Jibby's post,
I have a similar problem in mine. Turns out the rod connecting the back tilt motor with the other side gear was bent slightly and not properly engaging the gear side of the seat.
If you need to adjust the seat to the correct position then you may be able to use a screwdriver to move the bar slightly to engage the gear. Move the seat to where you need it then dont touch the control!!
