Climate control and ECU connection?

Dear all,

What is the connection between climate control and the ECU that influence the operation of the hydraulic fan?

It looks like the fan has several speeds the governed by the ECU.

How can I disconnect the input of the climate control at the ECU?

What are the wires colors?

Is anyone here made a good bypass of the climate control?

It looks liker the ECU is “missing” a reading for the C/C and then assumes that the air-condition is “on”, therefore the fan is working all the time.

It would probably be easier to devise your own circuit for controlling the fan.
For anyone to be able to answer your question they would need to know what exactly your motor came out of. Which model? Which country? Which year?
By the way how did you get on with your air flow meter?

Than MAF sensor had been replaced with a new one and the engine is a growling rocket now!

BTW where is the red line (…)?



We need to know the connection between the climate control and the ECU.

This connection has an influence on the fan behavior

Rev limit on mine is about 6300 I expect yours would be the same

the hydraulic fan ecu needs to have a signal from the a/c pressure sensor

and a signal from the a/c amplifier

otheriwse the fan runs at hi speed
