A Few Q's regarding LEXUS LS400

Hi guys, im new here, im just in the middle of selling my R33, im planning on purchasing a LEXUS LS400,

just a few q's

what are the differant models of LEXUS LS400/Celsior, e.g. one has leather/power? etc.. are there model codes? I like the tan/cream leather interia.

I understand there suspension varies, hydrolic, air bag..etc.
my question is, i will want to lower it a fair bit, (probally have 18, or 19" wheels, and want the guards just on the rubber) is it possible and what mods/parts are needed?

What is the 4.0 V8 like on fuel?

What model would i want, and what model should i steer clear of?
