So you want to turbo your SC400/430, LS400/430, GS400/430, Tundra and all those Lexus-Toyota V8 vehicles? Officially there isn’t any turbo kit out in the market and there wont be for many more years to come. The only way to turbo your car/truck is to make your own.

Here is your chance to make it yourself or have some fabrication shop to do the work. Header flanges come in mild steel or stainless. The flange exhaust ports are 38.1mm / 1.5″ so you can use either mild steel or stainless steel 1.5″ tubes.  The 8 mounting positions have been cut to 10mm. 

The holes will be slightly tapered so that the holes will be about 9.8 or 9.9 on one side.  This is because if the nature of water jet cutting.  The size has been left this way so that you can use maybe a 10.2 drill to create a nice snug fit to your own head studs.  Other manufacturers may cut the holes bigger to start with, but I believe this way is better as it allows for much greater accuracy for port matching. 

If you had a sloppy fit the header will not go back into exactly the same position each time it is removed from your engine.  With a snug fit it will match up perfect every time and if you’ve spent hours port matching, this is what you need. 

These flanges were designed by an enthusiast for fellow enthusiasts. They were designed using AutoCAD and are water jet cut with a high precision CNC machine.

This is another wonderful design to fit into your stock exhaust system. These flanges were designed to fit with the oem cat gaskets. This is the only design that has this feature. Other companies do not make flanges with this detailed design work and you will need to make your own gaskets. These cat flanges have build-in grooves to mate with oem cat gaskets. They were designed using AutoCAD and were water jet cut and fabricated using a high precision CNC machine. They were designed by an enthusiast, for fellow enthusiasts. The flange centre hole has been cut to 63.5mm / 2.5″ so you can use either mild steel or stainless steel 2.5″ pipes.  Mounting hole positions have been cut to 8mm. This is so that they can be drilled and tapped to M10 to suit original M10 thread studs.  The price below is for two flanges
