Thermo fans

Whilst trying to work out other problems i noticed my thermo fans wernt running. These are the standard 2 on the front of the radiator on a 1st gen Ls400. They used to come on pretty much as soon as the car started to get warm now they only start running after the aircons been running about two minutes any help would be greatly apreciated as its starting to get into the hot weather over here

Where abouts is the electronic fan relay located??

I thought they only turned on when the aircon was on ?

Is the temperature gauge getting hotter?

yep your dead right it used to come on all the time and thats why i thought something was wrong but now it only comes on with the air con and the car is running a constant 82c... Thanks for the reply
