Picked up a Q45 TB from a yard. Are there gains if I adapt this onto the stock manifold? I am assuming I would have to enlarge the opening on the manifold... but any sort of gains? Or waste of time?

I am pretty sure ScottURNot is using one.* Maybe check his latest build thread on ClubLexus and possibly here, I remember him talking about it in that thread..

Waste of time unless you have some very serious mods

hey man,i have a q45 that i am about to use,it's only a few mm bigger than the stock sc unit....unless you really want to use it for looks or you just need every ounce of power for turbo app. i would just rework your stock unit alittle....you can get a few mm off your stock unit to match the q45...but since you already have it,try it out...
