Recently I paid special attention to the Infiniti Q45. In general, I noticed the 1990 LS400s are in better shape than most Infiniti Q45 in the similar year. Do u guys noticed that too? Now looking back 16 years old car, the LS400 still look pretty good.

But the Q45 give you better feeling while driving it … more power and control feeling

I had 2 Q45's over the years, a 90 and a 93. Both were maintenance nightmares. They are cheap to buy, but will cost you a fortune to maintain. They do have great power, probably more than the 90-ish LS400.

Here is what I got from Kelly Blue Book.

I entered the following information for both cars:

1990 Infiniti Q45:
Mileage: 120,000
Engine: V8 4.5 Liter
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: RWD

Excellent
$3,850

"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.

1990 Lexusd LS400:
Mileage: 120,000
Engine: V8 4.0 Liter
Transmission: 4-Spd Auto Overdrive
Drivetrain: RWD

With the basic model with similar mileage, its clear that the LS400 still retain a higher price.
