Sounds like it. HKS turbos are just a specific specification, not the best that any particular manufacturer has to offer. Marketing is great isn't it :Flush:

If he did I doubt they would let him post any informaton about HKS on the internet under a name HKS about their contractual relationship with Garrett.

HKS dont make the best turbo's, they just buy the best ones someone else can make and re-sells them at a premium :no:

i thought that the gtr700 car was slower than the two kiwi gtrs (reece mcgregor and croydons)?? i might have to check this out...

Garret VNT is already in use on the new volks TDI 100HP engines.

They have used the vnt design the last 5 years on diesel engines.
Aerocharger have used this type of design for 15 years now.
I have several of this vnt aerocharger I have used on my hige performance snowmobile engines (2 strokes).
