The potential for belt slippage at high rpm's and horsepower limits is the big downer on these superchargers from what I have read......
Yes, really high horsepower is a limit. But actually, the belt doesn't really slip at all at medium boost. The only time when it slips is when the high boost pulley (too small in diameter) is used. With a smaller pulley, the belt doesn't have enough grip around the ribs. However, if medium or large size pulley is used, it should run normal at high RPM. In this case, a larger supercharger should be used to run high boost.

Welcome Sam,

higher boost pressures will also need other changes including injectors, and aftermarket ECU. Use a larger diameter crank pulley when going to 10 psi with an M90 to stop belt slippage. There is lots of info on this site so have a look around.
Keep the boost to around 6 psi and you won't even need to touch the ECU.

$ per Hp the Richwood semi kit has to be the best value bolt on power available through the rev range available for the 1uz.

Semi kits and all other parts are available at discount until the end of the month to Lextreme members.

If you want high boost pressures get yourself a turbo and intercooler set up.
