Just incase you or others find this helpfull. It depends on if you are still useing the stock engine management or stand alone. I have my 1uz running on mega squirt. I did install the stock IAC unit on the inlet to the supercharger. How ever I have not yet gotten it to work with the mega squirt. So the MS2 is controling my idle. I adjusted the stop on the throtlebody to keep the idle from dropping below 750 rpm "ish" and other then realy cold days or high electrical draw (headlights, fogs, wipers, turn signal, heat on high all at once) its normally just fine.
