Help wanted with diagnostic codes

My 94ish 1UZ has suddenly started to stall whilst driving. When I try to start it again, it tries to, then dies again. This will happen several times until it starts and off we go again. This will happen intermittently once, twice, ten times per day. It is showing diagnostic codes 15 (ignition No 2 and code 78, which I know nothing about. Code 78 does not appear on Lexs' Sticky of diagnostic codes. Any ideas anyone? I suspect it is a power problem, ie a loss of 12volts to something, maybe a relay playing up, but your expert advise will be appreciated.

hey just looked up code 15

basically the ecu sends signal to ignitor then ignitor sends signal to coil
and also sends an igf signal to ecu says hey i just fired the coil

if the ecu does not get this igf signal it thinks **** the coil hasnt fired yet
so then the ecu wont fire the injectors

most common prob to cause this are the ignitors

wiring can also be a prob but very rare unless its been crushed

seems like when ignitors get warm they top sending signal

if wiring was cut then it would not start at all

try wrappng them in reflective take or when car stops poor water over them and if it starts quickly again then ignitors are faulty
