Engineering signatories in Sydney

I was hoping that someone might be able help me out in finding an Engineer in Sydney. I have the list from the RTA but would like to know which ones people have had good experiances with. I don't need a doggey one, just someone who won't stuff me around or rip me off.

John at Consulmotive is one of the few in Sydney that will do modified cars.Another one is T.I.C down near Wollongong,he is said to be more 'lenient'.HTH

TIC are in Yalgar Road Kirrawee and I strongly recommend him.

Yeah,i had my car done,just to give some idea,I was charged $390 Aus...some i rang wanted $600-1000 off the bat..this Guy was/is pretty good,understands 1Uz also..

An engineer at Illawrong,think he was one of the RTA one too,@$390...was the best price at the time,got his details from a servo who was going to to my blue slip,if you want his number i can did it up..also there's one at wollongong thats lenient ,mate of mine had his VK 500 hp "engineered" for less than $500..cheers

Finaly got it sorted, ended up using the guy at Illawong, cost $490.
He did stuff me around a bit, needed a letter from a diff specialist to say that a hilux diff was strong enough, Made me put another muffler on for 2DB over 90 (when he reved it to 4500 instead of 3000) and told me that my speedo was out 15% but when I took it back 2 weeks later without touching anything it was perfect!!!!!
But that doesn't matter because the bloody things done now.:werd:
