drivers side injectors staying open

:banghead: hi guys need help drivers side bank injectors are staying open fuel coming out drivers side exhaust is there any wiring under drivers side dash that would cause this,because i fixed a stearing wheel problem then went to start and no injectors open used a noide light it stays on when starting pls help:angryfire:

The injectors are fired by an earth return.

Sounds like you have a short in the return wiring.

I can't see this happening by working on the steering column as the ECU is on the passenger's side.

make sure u havent left an earth strap off

are the inejctor sstaying open only when cranking
or as soon as u turn the ignion on

if they turn on with just ignition
then u have shorted wires

if they only open when u crank and stay open u might have stuffed ecu
or some other problem
make sure they are staying on dont jsut assume it
maybe its yr cold start injector
u need to put a multimeter on the wires to innjectors and see when they are open
very very rare for them to stay open unless u jammed some wires big time
did u jump start car or change battery
its amazing how many people can even stuff up that
accidently put pos to neg and neg to pos

Hallo.
Sounds to me like the signal for that injecters is short to earth.
Or the signal was short to positive, wich could have damaged the drywers in the ecu.
Take the signal of the injecters and meassure for earth, if there is, then plug out the ecu and check again. If there is still earth then it is a wireng problem,
if not, it is the ecu.
