Noise from drivers rear 94 LS400

I have a noise coming from the rear drivers side rear wheel area while driving. Kind of a roaring noise. Thought it might be the emergency brake dragging so I took off the rotor and adjusted it all the way in but didn't stop it. Rear brake pads seemed fine. Next idea is the wheel bearing? Any ideas or help?

Could be anything. The wheels could be improperly aligned, the differential could be shot, it could be the bearings, it could be the joints. Can't tell without seeing the car. Either start trying things, or take it to a local specialist.
