Dodgy solenoids

Just a quick question, i was reading on soarercentral.com that one guy was having troubles with his car being "laggy" taking forever to build up revs the hangin around 3000-3500 revs then slowly building up speed(exactly like my car) and they think it was a dodgy solenoid would this be probable or impossible... Would it more likely an engine problem, could this load the engine up severely on take offs?

can u feel any gear changes

what happens when u select 1st on gshift

if the ecu is not selecting gears it can be afew different things

speedo signal most common when person wiring it doesnt have a clue

out of 50 or 60 1uz wire ups and afew more diagnosing probs ive only come across 1 1uz with dodgey solenoid

if its std car then find the 2 solenoid wires and trigger them and se if u can hear them clicking
