hey guys i am new to this forum and i got to say there is some really good info on this forum compared to others.
i am starting my 1uz build to go into my series 1 rx7 (wight of under 1000 kgs what i think is 2000 pounds). i wont to get 600 hp at the wheels is this possible with the base set up listed below
*1uz-fe motor with standard bottom end but will remove heads and get a steel head gasket to lower the compression for the supercharges
*get heads ported (if they need it, i will get them flow tested first to check or perhaps some one can tell me if i need to or not).
*ether after market cams or get standard ones worked (where can i get good after market cams from).
*was thinking of using duel eaton m62 supercharges with tunnel ram (unsure on what pulley size and what psi the m62 can handle)
*larger injectors
*after market ecu
*after market fuel pump
*i don't think i will need to do anything to the valves or springs if i am wrong do say so
plus lots painstaking fun fitting it all plus lots of little other bits
cheers any tips from people that have worked a lot on the 1uz motor would be good thanks
