2nd gen LS400 questions

Guys,

for our `96 LS400 (2nd gen ucf20) we will initially go with the stock cams and stock transmission (A341e)....After braking the weak stock rod,
the block itself will now have upgraded pistons, rods, injectors etc...so cams and transmission will be the limiting factors.

My questions are:
- how many hp are the stock cams good for ? (isnt Justen close to 450 rwhp on these cams?)
- how many hp can the stock transmission handle ?

With lots of boost and good tuning Justen's figures are available to anyone.

350FWHP would have me pretty worried about the transmission.

Of course HP doesn't kill transmissions Torque does.

Thx for the reply Zuffen!....for the '96 LS we decided to go with the Boost Logic built transmission....just to save here and we had this transmission already laying around here....

Any idea how much hp those stock cams can deliver ?
