Hey guys, Trini here.
I have returned with the answers to some questions I have had over the last few months, concerning suspension and steering problems that has been plaguing my sweet and dear 99 GS400. If you search the suspension forums, you should be able to find my thread concerning suspension and bushing problems.
Well here it is:
Problem #1- On these vehicles in particular, the rack and pinion bushings become worn. With the drivers side extremely so.
Problem #2-- Worn sway bar bushings and end-links. Replace these and you will be good to go! and that my friends is an understatement. With the affordable cost of these parts and the improvement they bring there shouldn't be a reason not to get these parts. Even if you are not experiencing any of these issues, these parts WILL make a noticeable difference in ALL of your GS's on road dynamics... For your convenience, I have included two links below where you will be able to order these part and more for your Lexus!! And Lex.... any way we can get a Group-on in this?....
