sequential shift

i am running a stand alone and want sequential manual shift. does anyone know if rigging up the selector switch on side of tranny, so when drive is selected you can opperate the solenoides by other means than moving the shifter. basically i want to put it in drive and up and down shift via two buttons connected to a microprocessor to controll the sequential part. thanks

it can easily be done with the tip tronic controller

but when u click buttons to go down gears it wont engine break

it sort of hits neutral untill u press the accelerator

its prob hard to explain unless u drive a car with it

i have these units in stock

and i have a steering wheel with 2 horn buttons and i have rigged them up to a 2 channel transmitter which sends the signals to the tip tronic unit so
i dont have cables around my steering column

its not cheap to do so how much are you willing to spend

I have a mate who can make and program a controller for me. i was just wondering if s1 and s2 solenoids are all that need controling to shift gears when in drive. thanks for your repply and if his dosn't work ill come see you.

yer s1 and s2 are what controls the gears

there is an s3 which does lockup solenoid
