I looking at buying a r154 gearbox cause me w55 probably won't handle the new power of a harrop 1900.

Can anyone confirm if there is 2 different types of the r154 with different input shaft lengths, like 160mm and 190mm?

Maybe 160mm for the 7mgte and 190mm for the 1jzte?

No they are all the same length. The R150 is off the hilux is the different length.

Gear shift position of R154 can vary depending what it is out of.

the 7mgte r154 has the shorter shifter position than the one from a 1jz

I happen to have the CRS SP10 spacer NEW unused and available. It compensates for the 30mm longer input of the R150.
Thought it "may" help
