ECU 89661-50170 (34p 22p 16p 28p). is a 10 series ecu. The link you have posted is for a 20 series ECU. Both are different.

similar but not the same. I found out as was wiring two motors and they both had miss matched ECU's and looms. Some of the most important pins have been swapped around.

Take and post up some pictures of your ECU. I do have pinouts and wiring diagrams but as glovermans says you have a UCF10 or 11 ECU which while it may look the same as the later model UCF20/21 the wiring is different and it will not run
