Unfortunately I'm not up on my JDM speak, so I apologize for the silly question. What is a "VIP" theme?

VIP is a term used to describe fixed up 4 door sedans. Spo-kon is the term for sports compact.

VIP usually refers to 4 door luxury cruzers that are dumper, slammed on ridiculous offset/size wheels.

I've just been there tonight, but I haven't seen anything yet. I just wanted to buy some fragrances for my car. The event sponsors might go there and set things up tomorrow. I might go there tomorrow, but not so sure.
