New to forums, wonder if I found a good deal.

Like its said in the title, im wondering if this sc400 I found is a good deal. I found one off the beaten path with 140k miles, owner is asking 2250. I went to see the car yesterday and the gentleman was very nice. The second I showed up he had me walk around the car and told me every issues the vehicle had. Front driver seat has two rips/passenger window wont go down from driver side/ needle lights out on speedometer.

I drove the car and it felt great, cranked right away. Only issue I had with the car was it pulled to the left, when I finished the drive I got out and saw the front left tire was worn well beyond the others. In all sorry for the long post, but like I said just wanted to see what you guys think? Thanks for your time.
