Oh, i forgot to mention...

Im using a Alloy racing components flywheel and a ACS/Xtreme 5 puck sprung ceramic clutch.

Can you put up some pics of the flywheel & clutch. I'm in the market for a new one soon.
Very neat job you have done there too, I wish I done mine a bit more like that.

very nice mate well done to you, Now the Q is how much did it cost to make them bits and would you get some more made up if it was ok with the site!! as over here in UK they cost alot if you ask me ;/

Its been a real pain to make up, and i dont have the time :(

The flywheel (from Alloy Race Components):

The clutch is a 5 puck ceramic Hilux unit from these guys:

(they make chromo 1UZ flywheels too)

does that adapter provide enough room for the input shaft to seat correctly?

what are the thicknesses of your adapters if you don't mind me asking.

That's a great setup, I'd love to go manual, but the gearlever would be behind me in my midengined Starlet?

Ken.

Yup, it all fits perfectly.
Input shaft sits correctly in the spigot bearing, and the clutch release bearing clearance is correct at 3mm.

Both the bell->gearbox and gearbox->tilton adapters are 32mm.
