Can anyone confirm whether the ring and pinion can be swapped from a 90-97 LS400 to a Supra/GS/SC? I have searched tons of threads and the only thing I have seen is a member swapping a complete differential from a Supra into his LS with a bit of modding. I'm interested in taking the gears from a 90-97 LS and using them in my Supra.
If anybody can take detailed pics and measurements(thickness of ring, distance across and between holes on ring, number of teeth or ring and pinion, and any other possible measurements) of the ring and pinion from an LS that would be hugely helpful to a lot of people. If we could confirm this then LS owners could swap in Torsen LSDs from MKIV TT's.
