Dear All,
I am looking for an oil cooler adaptor kit.
this adaptor should be installed between the oil filter base on the block and the removable oil filter.
The kit got 2 outlets for the oil hoses that will lead the oil to and from the oil cooler.
Any idea where to get one?

Thanks

Guy.

Mocal make a nice little sandwich adaptor, that fits under the spin-on oil filter. It also incorporates a built in thermostat.

I can give you sources for these in the US, but do a Google search with "Mocal sandwich adaptor", and perhaps you can find one a bit closer to you than the US or the UK.

search for PRM-181 on summitracing.com for the sandwich plate and PRM-1060 for the thermostat.

Dear All,
Thanks for the prompt answers!!
John - thanks for the info about Mocal.
Damien - i checked summitracing. PRM-181 does not have there a contact to a Toyota V8. thsy write it fits L6 and L4 enigines.
are you sure that PRM - 181 would fit my 1UZ?
if yes, i will probably buy it.

Another question:
do you have more details/ ideas about how to cool the engine oil?

Guy

Guy, good luck. Baker are a great source for specialised go fast stuff. Try RacerPartsWholesale.com also.

I lived in Cairo for a couple of years, dived Sharm el Sheikh a bunch, and visited Eilat several times. You have a beautiful country.

Dear all,

I am still looking for the PER 181, this is the best product for our buggy.

Baker ships international from 200$

RacerPartsWholesale.com does not have it on stock.

Summit web store is unavailable now.

JC witney does not have it on stock too.

I’m keep looking for more sources.

We just finished a 650 km race across the country in a bit more than 10 hours.

The “Raider” act fabulously, had to stop twice for tire flats. if you know Israel you should know how the train varies from rocky to mountain to desert style. It is like a Dakar stage.

Thanks you all for helping me.

Let me know about more sources of perma products.

Thanks

Guy

Now I got mail from Mike Murphy, National Accounts Manager at Perma cool., he said" You could go with our part number 189, which is our universal sandwich adapter"
Hope the 181 that had been ordered will do the job..
