Instrument cluster swap

Hallo new member here.
I bought myself a Mitsubishi with a 1uz vvti conversion. Motor runs great, mostly very happy.
The problem is none of the instruments work.
Now for the questions.
Is there a web site where I can check the engine no to the specific date of manufacture in order to buy the correct lexus instrument cluster to install.
And will it be difficult to install. The standard ECU is used.

I recommend 3uz panel and my adapter
It simulates the rest of the car for the panel
and it also simulates remaining car systems to ECU
there'v a variant for mating ucf20/uzs160 ecu to ucf30 (5spd) panel
