Hydraulic fan ecu plug wiring, LS400 vs. SC400

We have a LS400 fan ecu in our hilux which isn't working. I checked the plug according to the SC400 info given by Lambo here and it's wired completely different. Does anyone know if the LS400 and SC400 fan ecu are the same and/or have the same wiring?

We know the fan is working fine as we have an override switch which can turn the fan on to full speed, it's just when we put the switch to auto and it uses the standard fan ecu that it's not working.

so it runs at low speed all the time

do u have the temp sensor connected

theres only afew wires so very hard to get wrong

maybe u wired it wrong does the fan ecu smell

Yes, it runs at low speed all the time. Yes, the temp sensor is connected.

No ECU doesn't smell, but I am guessing our sparky wired it up wrong. I have the wiring diagram for the SC400 fan ecu, and our one (LS400) is wired up very differently, so just wondering if they should be the same or not?
