how many rows on a oil cooler

Hi all.
as part of my single turbo build on the V8 supra I thought I would re use an old oil filter relocation kit I had on it when it was a straight 6. I was wondering is it a must to run an oil cooler on a trubo v8. the turbo is oil cooled only so my gut instint is yes. If so I have a spare 8 or 9 row cooler which I used as a power steering cooler before deleting that also. would this be big enough and if not what size would people recommend.

Any cooler is better than no cooler.

As long as it's getting cool air an 8 or 9 row should do the trick.

I ran around a 15 row on my Supercharged engine and even on the dyno the engine oil didn't get hot, and I run and engine oil temp gauge.
