So are these in inlet and outlet fittings that used to run through the throttle body? Just need to know I am blocking off the right ports. Where does the overflow on the top of the motor usually run? Ground?

The (2) small fittings on the rear water bridge can be blocked off. The 3rd, big one back there feeds the heater, and the return from the heater is the bypass tube that crosses under the intake manifold.

I plugged off both the fittings on the water inlet at the front of the motor. The one high up on the inlet that looks like an overflow fitting normally goes to the coolant reservoir on the Lexus, which is pressurised. For the Supra application, that you & I are running, I don't think that line is necessary, because our overflow bottles are not pressurised, and the only overflow line comes from the radiator to the overflow bottle.

I was asking some of the same questions as you here: http://www.lextreme.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8485

I already have the heater lines sorted, so basically plug everything?! The 2 on the rear bridge and the overflow on top and the other right angle one (under the over flow)...yeah?

I have two metal pipes at the rear, they are the heater hoses inlet and outlet right?

Yes

Yes again

I pulled the nipples out of the bridges and the inlet, then tapped the holes and plugged them with short M8 screws (and an M10 for that overflow fitting) after I fitted O-rings to the screws so they would seal well.

I plugged everything including the heater lines..... been fine in all conditions from scorching Aussie outback to track work to freezing Canberra winters.
