help me!!!!! tranny ??'s

Running 1uzfe in a 92 toy p/u chassis, im wondering if it is better to stick with the stock ecu and dash, or use a mega squirt with the mega squirt digi dash, my problem is if i got with the standalone, what am i to do about the tranny controller? can the mega squirt handle it or do i need o go with a manual gearbox to fix my problem, and if thats what u say tell me how to do it for less then 2k lol, i can get a dash and ecu for about the same cost as the mega squirt, so why bother with the stock crap when i an use the squirt to get more hp, torque, ext, plz 1uzfe pro let me know, as this is holding up my build
