Jim,

I think you'll find the new owners are working flat out just getting up to speed with what CRS did/does.

They have an enormous range of products and I think they're struggling a bit. Given a little time they'll master it.

they are hard to get hold of on the phone, i just got em then, after tryin all morning, be patient, also seems to take 2 or so days to reply to emails, i imagine they get alot of crap through though

This week I had a reply to an email after only a day which I thought was OK seeing as their phone line is engaged evertime I try to call. When I have gotten through on the phone they seem flat out.

i just heard some news on the old owner but cant really say what it is
