Can't seem to find another model like mine

Whats up guys, my name is Guy. I had boughten a 1981 Cressida a few months ago, and it started to leak oil of out of some gaskets (go figure). But long story short I ended up pulling my little 5M-E out. And have been trying to do some research and cannot find anything even really on a MX62 cressida. So I am just curious as to if you guys think it would be possible to swap a 1UZ into it? Seems to be the most bang for my buck right now
