91 LS400 power window master control switch

Lovely: my plastic door lock button broke, so now I have to replace the entire power window control master switch.

Please help:
1 - Any suggestions as to where to find an affordable one (new or used)
2 - Any experience in replacing this, especially with removing the wood trim that is glued to the switch.
