1996 LS400 N/A Power Level Q's

I run a small car on the salt flats at Bonneville. There is a record I want to try and capture. The LS400 engine is perfect for my application. But, I need 400 hp at the flywheel to get it done. I like the 1996 version. I know the bottom end of the motor is pretty bullet proof, but what about rods? I am guessing that high compression pistons will also be required, maybe 11 or 12 to 1 variety. Who can supply those? What about the cams? Motor will only need to turn abotu 6000 rpm to git er done. I would also like to use the 6 speed auto as well. Any thoughts there? I would also like to have a knowledgeable list buddy (heck as meay as want to help me out by answering my dumb a$$ questions) that can help me decide components for a motor. Speed is upward of 200 + mph. More is better , lol....

Any help out there? Thoughts? Comments?
