Standalone ECU 3uz vvti information

Hello, I have done searching but cannot find the information I require.
We have 3uz vvti putting into speed boat. I have factory engine bay wiring and will use Vipec V88 ecu to run motor.

I cant seem to find details on engine wiring harness or other specific details like how the cam solenoids and electronic throttle etc is wired, maybe someone can help with the following:

1. Does the 3uz coil packs have built in ignitor or is it external, if external where is it mounted?
2. Are 3uz fuel injectors high or low impedance?

Most of us here have been hotrodding the older non-VVTi engines, so we aren't that much help with the newer models.

What I'm 99% sure of, however, is that the COP's on the VVTi motors have integral ignitors. Toyota switched to this type of coil for the cars and motors they introduced in the late 90's or early 2000's. Cars and engines that were introduced in the early 90's, and were still in production in the late 90's (Camry, Supra, etc.) kept their external igniters, but all the "new" models came with integral ignitors.

Likewise, the fuel injectors are "probably" high impedance.
