Newbie here, I inherited a project 1990 LS400 and I'm finally getting to the end of the rebuild process. However, I can't seem to figure out the throttle water bypass situation. The throttle body has fittings for water bypass but I can't find any routing diagrams online.

Can anyone share diagrams or pictures of the routing? Anything is appreciated. If needed, I can take pictures of what I'm talking about if it's not clear.

Couldn't find my FSM so looked under my bonnet/hood.

The line runs from a 6mm spigot that is located under the ISCV and runs into the front spigot on the T/b. From the rear spigot on the T/b it runs to the rear waterbridge.

Mine is removed as I don't live in an environment that calls for it.

The car started first try, no coolant leaks!

One last thing I found was a hose pictured in the images.

Does anyone know what this could be? It leads down to a junction with some brake lines (DS).
It looks like it was plugged at some point, but now the plug has a crack in it?
Am I okay to just seal it and tie it back?
Any clarification would be appreciated.
