Hey Gang,

Got my T70 running, but i am getting some smoke from my tail pipe. NO BLOW BY. The engine was tested for leakdown test few months ago (N/A form) and only 2-3% leak. As i get on boost, i get burning oil type of smoke. I have plug up the TB line to crank and unplug the pvc with a filter breather.

I suspect the turbo oil drainage, added a oil restrictor and helps little. Seems like the problem comes after hard boost. Here is my suspecions:
1. Rings: If rings are the problem, i should get lots of blow by, but no BB
2. Turbo: Oil drainage, possible. Added restrictor, but still have the problem.
3. Vacuum/air inlet Line: Not sure possible internal intake route?????

I think i found the problem. Bad turbine oil seal..... calling TPS for an exchange....

Problem is fixed.. It was defected Turbine Seal..... Thanks to TPS and theire fast services. Now i can drive my T70 without smoke now.... Thank TPS (Joe)

My Power steering pump is out and waiting to rebuild one and try to do more tuning before dyno....
