Had to make some billet heads to go with our billet block.
300 on intake, 250 exhaust. Flowed for blown alky racing.
Will be machining soon - then testing. Keep you posted.

I noticed the square ports, is there a reason for that as I would have thought a round port would flow more is is this a result of tight packaging?

Doing away with water passages you have a lot more options on port routing.

Did you do anything with valve angles and size?

It looks like the only UZ items left will be the crank and oil pump?

No cooling needed for methanol. I decided to keep as much standard as I could so cams, rocker covers, cam caps etc could all fit. Intake are 36mm exhaust 32mm - thats to get around 80% intake flow to exhaust - ideal for supercharged methanol. Its not all about flow - its about the gas path around the valve and getting good burn in the chamber. Exhaust is raised 15mm to give a better flow angle - and rectangle to suit the twin valves. Intake is a copy of the Hemi TFX type head - the more air in the better. I am going to try and modify the manifold I have, otherwise billet and billet rocker covers. 10mm spark plugs too that you can't see.
